This project will be on show from June 28th to August 17th as part of the 2025 thesis exhibition at the Photographic Center NW in Seattle, Washington.
In (re)Constructing Memory, I photograph myself in the years my maternal line was the age I am now.
This series of self-portraits embodies five generations of photographic evolution. It spans from 1864 wet-plate collodion through glass negative, silver gelatin, slide film and all the way to 1986 colour analog.
